Why I Started MassHive, Inc.

I started MassHive not only for other girls but for myself and my daughter as well.

As a young girl, I often struggled with feelings of not belonging. I had questions about who I was, how to be confident, and where I fit in. Unfortunately, I didn’t always have someone to talk to who had recently gone through similar experiences—someone close enough in age to relate to, yet just far enough ahead to guide me. I longed for a big sister, a safe space, and a hive of support, but I didn’t have it.

Years later, when I became a mother, I noticed my daughter facing the same emotional challenges: moments of self-doubt, loneliness, and confusion about her place in this vast world. I wanted more for her. I wanted her to feel empowered, connected, and surrounded by girls who uplift one another rather than tear each other down. That’s when MassHive was born.

MassHive is my way of providing girls with what I wish I had and what I deeply want for my daughter:

🟡 A safe and supportive space to feel heard

🟡 A mentor who recognizes and celebrates them

🟡 A sisterhood rooted in belonging, joy, and growth

This isn’t just a program—it’s a community built from a personal place of healing and hope. Every girl who joins becomes a vital part of the hive.I started MassHive not just for other girls—but for myself and my daughter.
