MassHive, Inc. is a nonprofit organization dedicated to fostering resilience, self confidence, and social-emotional growth in girls aged 11–15 through structured mentorship with trained peers aged 16–22. We provide a safe and inclusive environment where young mentees are supported in navigating issues such as body image, anxiety, peer pressure, and bullying with the guidance of relatable and compassionate role models. By cultivating meaningful relationships and promoting mutual growth, we aim to strengthen communities—one connection at a time.

We envision a future where every girl in our community feels seen, heard, and supported—where mentorship is not a privilege, but a right. MassHive aspires to be a statewide model for peer-based support networks that empower young women to lead with empathy, confidence, and purpose. Our long-term goal is to expand access to preventative mental wellness resources across all suburban and rural areas of Massachusetts, reducing isolation and fostering thriving, inclusive communities.
